Service Description
If for any reason you are not happy with your lash service that is provided, we will be more than happy to remove them with a complete lash wash and cleanser. *Clients must notify Mahogany Beauty Studio with in 24 hours of the service being rendered, that they are not completely satisfied to receive a full refund.* Please no children or extra people allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 24 hours before by either text, email or both. All customers MUST pay a $50 NON REFUNDABLE booking fee for any and all appointments booked, this will be required at the time of booking. THIS BOOKING FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. This booking fee is applied to the full amount of the service. The rest of the payment is due at beginning of your appointment before the service is started. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention and of course, the best lash work Tampa has to offer! Tardy/No Shows: Due to back to back appointments, if you are more than 20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will need to rebook and pay another $50 nonrefundable booking fee to hold another spot. Cancelation and NO SHOW Policy: If you cancel your appointment less the 8 hours before your scheduled appointment there will be a $25 fee charged.
